Description

Hacienda Terra Duro Reserva 2011 is a true  reflection of the Toro Designation of Origin.

Aging wine. Huge concentration, complexity and elegance. Fresh aromas and intense: raspberry, currant, cherry, well integrated with a touch of flowers of violets and lavenders, with a soft touch of spices and eucalyptus. The experience aromatic continues, the mouthfeel is silky and vibrant.
ELABORATION AND AGING

Finca La Rana

Description

This wine comes from our vineyard “Finca La Rana”, planted in bush for 25 years.

Viticulture: Organic- Ecological.
Variety: 100% tinta de Toro.
Harvest: Exclusively manual rigorous selection of clusters.
Malolactic fermentation: In French oak barrels.
Aging: 12 months in barrels.
Tasting notes: violet color with aromas of undergrowth (rosemary and thyme), elegant tannins that highlight the light touch of wood spice.

Selección

Description

This wine comes from our vineyard Finca “El Romeral” that has 143 years of age. Pre-phylloxera vines planted in “bush”.

Viticulture: Organic-Ecological.
Variety: 100% Tinta de Toro.
Harvest: Exclusively manual rigorous selection of clusters.
Malolactic fermentation: In French oak barrels.
Aging: 18 months in French oak barrels of 500 liters.
Tasting Notes: Skin of red fruits, with a floral touch and scent of violets characteristic of our wine.

Uro

Description

his wine comes from our vineyard “Finca La Coscojosa”, of 90 years of age.

Viticulture: Organic- Ecological.
Variety: 100% tinta de Toro.
Harvest: Exclusively manual rigorous selection of clusters.
Malolactic fermentation: In French oak barrels.
Aging: 20 months in French oak barrels of 500 liters.
Tasting Notes: Intense fruit characteristic of the area and fat red variety of Toro. Made in the traditional way.
